Sometimes I feel nervous and exhausted during the day, because I have so many things to do and on my mind. Beeing a fulltime student, having a job, a family, a relationship. Thats alot! I noticed that the factor TIME is so precious and valuable.
The good thing is: we DO NOT have to feel always that stressed.
I will talk about my journey of selfcare and becoming much more calm while I am exploring the world and learn about other countries and cultures. I think travelling is one of the best things in the world and I already learned so mucb while doing so.
I hope we can learn from each other through interaction.
