Do this when you feel bad

Of course we all have those days where we feel very sad and could use some kind of distraction and well beeing. These tips that I am going to mention, helped me through some sad and difficult hours.

I would suggest that you combine some tips.



Happiness is an inside job.

Don`t assign anyone else that much power over your life.

1.  Deeply Inhale and Exhale
